Q & A:
How many years have you been working at The RoArk Group? I have been here almost 16 years.
Tell us about your role here. I am the Vice President of Sales. Some of my responsibilities include working on business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating positions in the industry, analyzing sales options, negotiating terms of an agreement and closing sales.
I nurture many ongoing relationships with customers by providing support information and guidance. I routinely offer recommendations for new opportunities and improvements based on current industry trends, market activities and competitors.
I also work with supply and delivery solutions, answer technical and procedural questions and work to improve sales processes.
What is your favorite thing about working here? I genuinely get excited about all of the new and exciting projects here. I also love the daily challenges. Whenever challenges arise, the collaboration and synergy of our team shines through to meet goals and expectations. Another favorite thing would be that RoArk is always thinking outside the box.
What are some exciting things going on at RoArk that you like to share with your clients? Many people are excited about our new direct print devices in place including high resolution eco solvent equipment which provides longer life to outdoor print products.
When you are not working, what do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Spending time with family, camping, hiking, biking, gardening, and inspirational reading.
